- I know the times I've called them I've been on hold for quite some time, Like
- 20 mins or so. The ONLY good thing is, at least for some people, If your in
- the US, and have a Courier, then the Call is on THEM since Courier Users have
- 800 Number Support. The only thing thats costing YOU would be your time.
